How To Remove/Delete Node Instance/VM?

To remove your node VM, you have to contact us at help@dataoorts.com or shut down your VM for more than 31 minutes and it will be auto-removed ("Ensure that you do not shut down your Instance/VM while it is in use to avoid any penalties”).
Is There Any Penalty?

If your VM is in use and the network unexpectedly closes or any failure occurs from your side, you will be penalized. If your VM closes while idle/rest, we don't penalize anything.
